The VS125 utilizes advanced binocular stereo vision technology and robust AI algorithms to deliver precise people counting and attribute recognition. With the ability to stitch up to 16 devices, it provides comprehensive coverage for most detection areas, empowering the capabilities of industries such as retail and building management.
The people counter employs binocular technology for stereo vision depth mapping and RGB for visible light imaging. Harnessing state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, it integrates detection outcomes to provide exceptionally accurate target recognition. With advanced features such as U-turn filtering, they significantly enhance people counting accuracy, achieving up to 99.8%.
The AI Stereo Vision People Counter VS125 allows for flexible installation at heights between 2.2 and 6 meters. It meticulously counts bidirectional and regional flows, supporting up to four customizable multi-rule lines and regions for comprehensive and accurate data collection. Moreover, it can calculate the duration of stays within specific areas, providing more comprehensive and valuable people counting information.
With simple configurations, the sensor can smoothly fuse up to 16 sensors to expand its coverage on the targeted area, providing more integrated and valuable information.
The people counter captures people flow, duration of stay, and motion to generate a comprehensive heat map. It provides deeper insights by visually representing the distribution and intensity of foot traffic, enhancing the understanding of customer/consumer behavior, and allowing for the optimization of user experiences, store layouts, and data-driven decision-making.
The sensor is fully compliant with GDPR regulations. Most preview modes obscure or completely withhold image information to maintain anonymity. Furthermore, the "cannot modify" setting is rigorously enforced and can only be altered through a hardware reset.
Group Counting
It is crucial to extract valuable data on effective consumer groups such as families, couples, or friends in retail. Their collective purchasing behavior holds greater significance than individual counts. Based on the distance, moving direction, and speed distinguishing, the sensor intelligently realizes group counting to gain deeper insights into customers' behaviors, shopping preferences, and influential dynamics within companion groups.
Shopping Cart Detection
The customers' shopping cart fill level can be accurately detected, whether its empty, partially filled, or full. What's more, The entering and exiting of shopping carts with varying fill levels can be accurately detected and tabulated to grasp extensive customer insight.
Tailgating Detection
With advanced AI, the VS125 is able to immediately detect and identify tailgating in any scenarios, suitable for entrances and exits that needs card tapping or swiping. This will effectively reduce cases like card piggybacking.
With the advanced image processing algorithms sensor, it achieves excellent image performance, even in challenging lighting conditions almost in completely dark environments. Its 0Lux ultra low-light, 120dB super WDR, flexible IR group, and 4MP high-resolution features make it well-suited for various special circumstances.

For technical reasons, the algorithm embedded in the people counter recognizes only easily discernible, visual indications when determining whether a person is more likely to be female or male. A reliable detection of the biological sex of a person is neither possible nor intended. We intend no disrespect to the gender with which a person identifies. The counts are merely a statistical measurement of a large number of people.
