The Desk & Seat Occupancy Sensor is designed for detecting whether a desk or seat is occupied which is supposed to be done by a person. It applies alternative highly sensitive PIR and dual-technology of PIR and thermopile to determine the occupancy statuses of the target desks or seats. By accurately detecting, the sensor makes data collecting on hot desking, occupancy patterns, resource allocation, and space utilization realizable and further promotes system collaboration, linkage, decision-making, and highly-valued management.

The Desk & Seat Occupancy Sensor with non-invasive design is advantageous for easy installation and quick deployment in batches based on the compact size and wireless LoRaWAN® deployment.
