An Australian shopping center faced challenges with temperature monitoring due to the prohibitive cost of retrofitting cables in its aging BMS system. The IAQ solution, using Milesight wireless LoRaWAN® sensors, allows seamless data transmission to the monitoring platform without the need for retrofitting. This innovative approach provides an understanding of indoor air quality, enhancing the comfort and well-being of visitors.

Bjurhovdaskolan School is an F-6 school divided into 15 classes with 336 students. Pupils and staff have expressed excessively high noise levels in various parts of the school. By integrating WS302 Sound Level Sensors in various areas, including the canteen, corridors, and classrooms, the school is now equipped to monitor and manage noise levels effectively.

50 Milesight AM319 IAQ sensors were installed across 5 luxury villas in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. These sensors measured a comprehensive range of environmental factors, including temperature, humidity, occupancy, CO₂ levels, and particulate matter. The sensors continuously gathered data on indoor air quality, which was crucial for understanding the villas' ambient conditions and the performance of the HVAC systems.

The IAQ information from Milesight's sensors deployed by UnaBiz is linked to Honeywell's Forge Platform to give a summary of the health status inside the mall. Facility managers can take immediate actions to improve circulation of air, such as increasing the airflow within the mall, as traffic in the mall increases during peak hours, to create a healthier and safer environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.
